CranioSacral Therapy – 60mins
CranioSacral therapy is a gentle hands on massage modality that is delightfully profound in its effect. The therapist uses her hands to listen to the body and help it to release tension where and how the body needs the release to occur. This system of body work involves feeling into the natural ebb and flow of the fluid in and around the brain and spinal cord. By feeling the flow of this rhythm the therapist can tell where tension is being held.

Though there are some techniques that involve the manipulation of bone positioning, generally CranioSacral therapy involves following fascia and practicing energetic release techniques. Observing a CranioSacral session on someone is akin to watching paint dry because the therapist’s movements are so subtle. Often a session will include range of motion for limbs and body, physical, energetic and sometimes somato-emotional release (with or without dialogue). This work can be very deep and profound often assisting you in moving forward with areas of your life that have been previously blocked or limited.
This modality is gentle enough for people of all ages including newborns, the elderly and the infirm. It has been known to help almost every condition of the human body, including (and not limited to):
