Ingredients: shatavari (root) extract, tribulus (fruit), hemidesmus indicus (root), coral, sandalwood (heartwood), indian kudzu (tuberous root), amla (whole fruit without seeds), phyllanthus (whole plant), cabbage rose (flower petal), mica, asparagus adscendens (tuberous root), pearl oyster shell, conch shell, cowrie, pearl, vetiver (root), cumin (fruit), indian tinospora (stem’s starch), licorice (root), long pepper (fruit), waterlily (flower). Other ingredients: gum acacia, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silicon dioxide, talcum.

Suggested Use: Take 2 tablets three times a day with water. If needed, take two additional tablets at bedtime.
